In the video tutorial you will learn about the deck. The deck in Gin Rummy is a standard 52 card deck without jokers.

In Gin Rummy the ace value is always 1, it can not be 11. An ace meld must have at least 2 other aces or a 2,3.

When you play Gin, you can knock but only if the sum of your deadwood is 10 or under, or go out with Gin.

ecause the scope of this tutorial is to teach you the steps to play online it will show you the simple process involved in sitting at the virtual table and agreeing to play a round.

To begin play a single card is dealt face up to each player. The player with the highest card is first, and the play moves clockwise around the table. In 2 player Gin Rummy 10 cards are dealt to each player.
